    SPECIAL

    Type: Ranged
    Element: Light
    Damage: 94% Base, Random, and Stats each
    BTH: +2 plus Stats each
    Effect: If you are not a Guardian, it drains 8 SP at the beginning of the attack. If you do not have 8 SP, then the Special does 80% of the listed damage.
    Rate: 100%
