Race: Wind Dragon
Bio: Draschemus was a normal Wind Dragon until the powers of No Man's Land changed him. He is now free of the the base emotions and needs that usually drive a dragon, and is now in control of himself.
He seeks to share this enlightenment with other dragons. However, some dragons are resisting, and Jaraka-Nuth is the leader of this resistance. A show of force is needed to show these dragons the error of their way.
