Lcoation: Available while equipped with Loco's Gift. This accessory disappears if you un-equip Loco's Gift.

EFFECT
During your turn*, you can click on the item to activate it and turn on the Wild Magic abilities**. (A second click does nothing.***) As long as you have the item equipped, the next spell you casts receives one of eight random effects.
Spells that do not deal damage to the opponent do not receive any effect.
The effect lasts until the next time you cast a valid spell.- You hear a distant cackle as your spell fizzles weakly from your fingertips!
The spell deals between 90% and 100% Base, Random, and Stats damage.
- You hear a distant chuckle as the spell flies from your fingertips with great force!
The spell deals between 100% and 110% Base, Random, and Stats damage.
- You hear distant laughter and see your spell shift elements before your eyes!
The spell's Element is chosen randomly from the eight basic elements plus Heal and Harm. Also, the Spell deals 137.5% Base, Random, and Stats damage.
- You hear a distant guffaw as your spell explodes, damaging both your foe AND you!
The spell's Element is chosen randomly from the eight basic elements plus Heal and Harm. Also, the Spell deals 206.25% Base, Random, and Stats damage. Afterwards, you take damage equal to 1/3 of the damage the spell dealt (unmodified by the monster's Resistances, and not counting any hits that missed).
- You hear a distant titter as some of your spent energy returns to you!
You heal MP equal to between 0% and 6% of the spell's MP cost.
- You hear a distant giggle as you feel more energy leave your body with the spell!
You lose MP equal to between 0% and 6% of the spell's MP cost.
- You hear a distant chortle as your spell is guided to its target!
The spell's BTH is increased by a random number between 1 and 6
- You hear a distant snicker as your spell veers off-course!
The spell's BTH is decreased by a random number between 1 and 6
*You may only call upon Loco's ... graces ... on your turn!
**You can feel that your actions amused Loco greatly. ...Is that a good thing?
***You can already feel the gaze of Loco smirking down upon you!
DESCRIPTION
If you click the head of the wand (this item), you will invoke the "blessing" of Loco, the god of fortune both good and ill!
