Zapp: <Character>, I have need of a hero! And you definitely owe me one... at least.
<Character>: What do you have in mind, Zapp?
Zapp: I've heard tales of another floating city... the Aeris Battlespire! Though not as advanced as Popsprocket, I still find it fascinating.
Zapp: The city is presided over by a group of battle masters. Would you be so kind as to take this letter to Keelia?
<Character>: There aren't any monsters that I know of in the Battlespire, Zapp. I know the mail is slow, but do you really need a hero for this delivery?
Zapp: Well, my package contains a proposal to study the rudimentary technology that keeps their city afloat.
Zapp: In most cities such a proposal would be met with red tape, Aeris has a unique way of cutting through that though.
Zapp: It's more of a... winner take all philosophy, you could say. I think you're the perfect person for the job.
Zapp: Be careful though, <Character>. If a competitor is there, you won't see them until it's time to fight!

<Character>: Having everyone who has a package to deliver have to fight their way through hordes of other heros can't be very efficient for you guys...
Keelia: We get so much less junk mail that way though! Now, what did you have for me, <Character>?
<Character>: A letter from the gnome, Zapp. One of the residents of Popsprocket. He wanted to know more about the Battlespire and how you keep it afloat.
Keelia: We use magically treated ore mined from the southern jungles. It's really quite extraordinary. Azhite Ore.
Keelia: Our supplier was a giantess, I believe. If your friend wants to know what keeps Aeris afloat, she is the one you should write to.
Keelia: I'm sure I have her name around here somewhere...
<Character>: Err, thanks Keelia. I really should go now though... thanks for the info.
