Nice work you've got there. And congrats on your approval. After reading your stuff, my favorite would be: quote: Silent screams, Unseen tears, Are covered by the storm. It's just awesome!

Thanks Crimzon. Glad you enjoyed it. That poem(/song) was a lot of fun to right. I just kinda started singing, and this is what showed up.... with a little editting.

I like it! The Small Words are the ones that often mean the most or convey the most meaning, I find. The structure is good and your choice of words is excellent. I couldn't find any grammar mistakes and the imagery is wonderful.

WHOO-HOOO!!! Someone posted!!! anyways... [:D] its not "dark", just "darker" than my usual stuff. [:D] its less so than my "I am" poem, but thats not all the dark either. I just write what i feel like, so often all spectrums show up. Thanks though Helix! Do you have any suggestions on any of my other works?

I only read that. I have a big assignment due Friday so I just read the most recent one. I can cut Hitler out of my life for 15 minutes though. checks poetry thread quote: condescendence I don't think thats a word... Other than that, no mistakes. You don't appear to have posted a lot of new poems since English 101, so all the mistakes in the earlier poems got caught and corrected. :)

I tell you what- I'll just post links to both of yours on my page. And vice versa. We can work together- after all, our poetry very much shows the spectrum of light, darkness, and the gray between, hope, despair, and resolution. Heh, maybe I'll even make us a siggy!
