I got that at the same time what really helped was finding out that I=S, at least that's what helped me.

@Brenton we saw which letters had to mean other letters and then we used that to change otherletters the same way.

Well, Nex, TreadLight, and Nickwright presumably used IRC to pool resources. We They more or less found that each letter was substituted for another; eventually, we decoded everything by guesswork.

As much as I would like to help in this endevaor I am unable to. I am limited to use of my iPhones browser which has no copy capabilities so I am unable to read spoilers until I can reach a computer but Im not quite in an area where it's possible.I am also at a distinct disadvantage to typing speed,I started typing after post 20 happened and now it has already been solved. Regardless I believe the message is from the Admiral.

Would someone be kind enough to pm me the decided message so I may read it? Not trying to be lazy but I am rather inconveineced.

Well, we figured out that the name on the bottom was

, looking back in the screenshots. After that, we replaced the letters we already knew and the rest was simple deduction.

Well, we were given just as many resources on IRC as you were on the forums.

We just helped each other out with propositions.

With out a doubt, this challenge was meant to be easy. If you want help with the harder ones that will most likely come, I suggest you come on IRC.

The mysteries probably won't all be these cryptograms, but other puzzles and challenges as well.
