Weapon's special does not stack with Frozen Claymore, Frozen Dagger, Frozen Mace, Hive Ranger's Halberd, Ice Scythe, or Vanilla Ice Katana's specials.
Resist value was reduced from -50 Ice to -10 Ice Resist on September 8th, 2023; cooldown was also reduced from 20 to 5 on that date.
Weapon is animated; wand's pommel pulses with a bright white glow continuously.
