It works fine, it doesn't need to be adjusted, so there's no reason for AE to mess with it when there are more important things that need done.

(7/4/2009 13:18:27) @BlueBowser: It's already been stated by the staff that a free player's max level will be 10 lower than a WarpGuardian's max level at any given time. When the level cap is raised above 20 for the WG, then Free players will get bumped as well.
