We don't know the exact date yet when it'll happen...
Normal WF releases will generall occur around the middle of each month.
Bonus releases("bonus updates") can be one time a month outside of the normal montly WF update.

Hmm, the Level Cap is now 30(150 stat points) for WarpTrackers(free players) and 45(225 stat points) for WarpGuardians. :p
