Increase STR and INT by the listed amount.

While equipped, you get Fear Potence (-20). This slowly grows more powerful for low-level players and less powerful as you level up.
- BUFFER = 20
- If your level is between [PowLvl] and [PowLvl+20], then there's no adjustment.
- Otherwise:
- If PowLvl > PlayerLvl, then AdjustedLvl = PlayerLvl
- If PowLvl < PlayerLvl, then AdjustedLvl = PlayerLvl - BUFFER
- The boost is multiplied by (5.25 + 0.5625*PowLvl + 0.00375*PowLvl^2)/(5.25 + 0.5625*AdjustedLvl + 0.00375*AdjustedLvl^2)
NOTE: All numbers below assume PlayerLvl=MiscLvl.
At the end of your turn, you make the monster Afraid† (1 round, [Fear]*[hits connected]/[hits attempted]*[monster Darkness resist]% chance of not acting). The monster can resist with a save at a +0 bonus††:[color]Level: PowLvl vs MonsterLvl

- [Old Duration] is unaffected.
- If Chance is now greater than 100%, then Chance is halved and Duration is doubled. This is repeated until Chance is less than 100%.
EXAMPLE: The monster has an active Fear with 2 turns of 50%. If all attacks hit and you inflict 1 round of 20% Fear on it:
- For Chance, it increased by [20%] / 2 = 10%, so it goes to 60%
- Duration remains at 2 turns.
