Well, it is AE's if you submit an avatar so i think the same thing applies here. They won't be giving it out, but they can use it on their homepage and things like that. But AE probably won't need it so you don't have anything to worry about.

No, it means that all the content, like names and stuff is. They cant copyright SF or any other art made by people in the Gallery.

I asked a similar question about the copyright ownership of stories in L&L when the new Forum Content Copyright clause was added. I was not quite satisfied with the answer of, "We could if we wanted, but we won't, really, promise." As far as I know, the sticky threads and copyright clauses would still permit AE to use your works if they so wished. Sadly, the copyright thread vanished with the recent FI revamp--you might have found it fascinating. I'll be interested to hear if this thread gets a more solid answer.

But dont worry Parker, SF is already copyrighted. AE cant copyright a copyright.
