I'm sorry, but your character is not in Nocturu in-game yet. You seem new at playing this game, so I'll give you the indications for where you should go in case you don't know where Paxia is.

As for the DF thing, we DID had a Level-Tracking System (Thread where we keep tracks of the players' characters level in all game), but it has fallen inactive and was deleted by the Moderators. Since these boards are barely active these days, I don't see the necessity to create a new one (though it would not take long to create it, since I managed that thread often).
If there's Paxia or Nocturu stuff in DragonFable, let me know, and I'm sure I can make something up for here.
EDIT: Well, usually I don't look back to people's submission unless they warn me again, but I'll be nice and put you on the Roll Call since I've looked at your character and see that you've put yourself in Nocturu. Welcome in the Darkness.
