In the old banner, when i clicked on it, it took me back to all forums. (I believe) The new banner doesn't, so if you can please re-add this feature.

Why not just click All Forums? It's right underneath the banner, even if you're scrolled to the very top of the page you can still see it. There's also the Home button to the right of the banner.
