For what game? If it's for AQ go until you see AdventureQuest in blue letters. Click on it, and find AQ Suggestions. Read the FSI before posting.
For DF do the same thing, but when it says Dragon Fable in blue letters. Read the rules there also.
For MQ, find MechQuest in blue letters and click on it. MQ suggestions, read the rules.
For AQW it's a bit different. They only accept Art Suggestions, and Quest Suggestions. For art find Adventure Quest Worlds, then AQW Art SUggestions. For quests go to AQW General Discussion and find the thread Quest Suggestions. This may require a bit of searching, as it isn't used often anymore.
For WF, they currently are not accepting suggestions.
For the Forums, just post them and say why, and how it would help the forums.
Also, please try to use only three smilies, items, swords, etc. per page. It gets spammy if you have more then that.
