it depends on which game you are refferring to.
since you mention chaoslords, im assuming AQW.
AE isnt taking suggestions for AQW at this time. so they will not take your ideas on a new class or pvp systme.
if you already have your class on paper, you can post it here in player suggested armor.

for a new map? theres a quests areas suggestion forum in AQWGD. you can simply suggest a final fantisy related map there. (im still looking for the thread. if i find it i will provide the link)
you may have to draw your creation out or mke it using software. but if ou manage to do that, you can post a pic of the weapon in the weapon suggestion thread http://forums2.battleon.com/f/tm.asp?m=16851449
however, there is no pet suggestions for pets.
and one least thing. this is the place to suggest forum related suggestions
ie new stickes, new sections, more new rules, ect
this isnt the place to suggest AQW related topics.
