I have recently been looking at Role Playing. What is it excatly what is its purpose and what do you do in it?

entertainment, and strategy (i think) + it gives people a chance to explore their creative side (just like L&L and the Gallery)

It's like story-making together, except you can only control specific/your character(s).

Speaking as an actual role-player, I can tell you exactly what it's like. One, it's very fun. Two, it lets you take a break from reality (good if you're stressed out). Three, it's a way to work on creative writing. Four, it's sort of like playing an RPG, except you aren't limited by any "game engine". In short, RPing is something I highly recommend.
