If you delete your account through the Account Management page, then everything will be removed from the database - including Dragon Amulets, Dragon Coins and any other purchases. Deleting individual characters and not the whole account will allow you to retain their DA/DCs if you remake a player in that slot (as long as you purchased the 6-pack Dragon Amulet offer).
