How Do I submit my avatar for public use?

EDIT:Can I Have Seahawk's Profile Page Please And does it Have To Be just .jpg or .gif format,Can I Post It In With .png with under 10Kb?

them to Seahawk. Remember,avatars must be sent in a group of 5 or more with dimensions of at least 95x95,a maximum file size of 10 KB,must be AE related,and must be in .jpg or .gif format. :)

Edit: Seahawk's profile page,and no cannot be in .png only .jpg or .gif,and under 10 KB is ok.
