Game payed: Adventure quest words
I payed $19.95 for a 5000acs with Click and buy option. I have been use clickandbuy service for the last two times with 12k acs without any problems but yesterday night(which is 12/18/09) after completed the form to check out, i received a message tell me that "payment failure" and they will not charge me. I went to my e-mail and checked, but clickandbuy still charged me. I called to clickandbuy customer services and they told me that everything is fine and gave me the phone number of Artix entertainment to tell them the problem. I log on to the game and my amount of ac didnt add up with 5000ac i just purchase. I called to Artix Entertainment customer services only for payment and they told me to wait a couple hours and i did. On the next morning which is today, i logged on to the game and still not receive my 5000ac.... Could any one help me out??
