kisame3911 -> =DF= Guardian Verification problem (12/20/2009 5:28:55)

ooook so i recently tried to verify my AQ guardian account with my DF account for the first time ever in my knowledge, but i always get the same message saying that I have already registered said AQ account. upon further investigation as to how thats possible i discovered an older DF account of mine that i never knew existed or maybe forgot upon. after longing in to this account i found that it had no saved characters nor had the account even be activated. now, explain this...how could the AQ guardian account been verified to any other account besides both my current DF account and my previous one? the latter having never even been played upon. all i know is that im VERY confused and i need some maaaaaajor help

I looked at the DF varification page for you and it said this.

quote:

Important Note: Verifying an account can only be done once per Guardian account. Once it is done, it is permanent.

I'm sorry to say, but going by this there is nothing you can do. If it says you varified then thats it, no way to unvarify.

*Note: DF is not my area of expertise so I may be wrong.

I would actually follow Alac's post here: http://forums2.battleon.com/f/fb.asp?m=8815807

To quote her:

If you verified the wrong DF account and want Guardianship on a different account, there is now help:
Send the following to the Helpzard: http://www.battleon.com/help/mailer.asp?c=10&t=a

quote:

1. PayPal transaction ID for AdventureQuest Upgrade
2. AQ User Name
3. AQ Email Address
4. DF User Name
5. DF Email Address

*** NOTE: the mail form will say "Account Hacked" in the subject. However, this is the only link we can find that will definitely get your information to the people it needs to go to. Please just say what your email is about when you send it so that they know what's going on.

Transaction ID Info: There has been an increase of requests trying to find Transaction IDs. This is information that we are required to have as part of proof that the transaction (Most likely an upgrade of sorts) was originally made by you.

If you made a payment with PayPal they have a Q&A for Transaction ID History which you can get to by following:
- When at the main page for PayPal (www.paypal.com) click "Help" in the top right corner.
- Click "Sending Money" in the list down below.
- Click "Transaction History" in the new list.
- I would specifically refer you to questions #5 and #23 but also be sure to glance through them yourself to make sure there's nothing else that may apply to you. ~Irish
