Yes, it should be, you have to encode the image first, usually you put the webpage of the imgae between [img] [/img]
Example: [img]http://www.example.com/image[/img]

That's all fine and dandy, as long as they aren't bad enough to bring on an epileptic seizure. Just to cover all your bases, you might want to look at the rules for signatures.

it is ok for a sig that have thing move around
but remember the max size is 500x100
if you want to resize you can try
resize on this page.

As long as it takes up 50KB or less, is 500 pixles wide or less, and is 100 pixles or less you are good!
