Do admins/moderators have the power to read any users pms??? If so, is there a specifically reason justifying that action???

Yeah they have the power to read pm but they will only read pm if like some complaint have made i am sure they have their own reaso nto read pm ~Yun~

Hm... I don't think so, not unless the PM gets redirected with a bug. Even if they could, I don't think they would unless someone reported a problem to them.

Only moderators - not AKs have that power. Also only AE staff can grant the power for one to view anothers PMs, that is only possible when someone has abusid the rules and others have sent quite a few complaints to a forum moderator. I am not 100% sure, but I think it's true. ~Valo

I really appreciate the answers but so far, I haven't received a definite answer. Is there a place that shows what type of forum members get what capabilities? I really wanted to know if pm where really "private. I didn't want to send personal information to a person outside of the receiver. (Not very personal but something I want word it carefully so it cannot be misinterpreted)

Only Admins can and they only do it when it is necessary. They do not just go around reading members PMs when they feel like it. Just remember that at times the PM system glitches and someone else may get the PM instead of the member you were sending it too. The PM system is not really all that private at times so you should be careful of what you are sending with it.
