You do not have to illustrate your suggestion if you feel you are unable to do so. However, merely suggesting a name is not at all useful for AE, try to describe your suggestion so it's reasonably simple to imagine what you imagine for the design.
Copyrighted artwork and characters
Art or design ideas that are based on non-AE copyrighted characters and/or copyrighted art are not allowed. AE can not use copyrighted characters or art, and as such, suggesting them are not allowed.
No posting AE SWF files
Linking to AE SWF files, regardless of where you got them from, is strictly forbidden and will lead to an instant ban and other consequences as listed in the Universal Rules.
No reposting
Although it's perfectly understandable to want your suggestion to be seen, reposting your art is not allowed. It will not make your suggestion more likely to be seen, and it will take up room in the thread.
Please link to your artwork
Although it's understandable that you want everyone to see what you've made, please keep in mind that browsing an image-heavy forum is a killer for people with slow connections. Therefore, please link to your images using this code.
