{A} I've forgotten my password!

If you forgot your password, go onto the Lost Password page, and submit your email. If you have made your account with a fake email, it won't work. So, now your know why Artix Entertainment tell you not to make a account with a fake email address. When you have submitted your email address, you should find the email you have received in your inbox, if not in your Spam or Junk, and there it should tell you your password.

{B} My account has been hacked/stolen/lost! - For DA holders

1) Getting your Transaction ID

First go onto your or parents/guardians Email Address where you have upgraded from. Find your payment confirmation email where you have received upgrading your account. The email will show your Transaction ID. You'll need the ID to go on the Automated Recovery Page, which I will explain.

If you don't know your Transaction ID, go onto the Credit Card ID where you have selected to Upgrade. However if you used an Online PayPal or Click and Buy ECT account, the information will be in there as well. If you used an Check or Cash, check your Cash order number.

2) Sending the web form

Finally when you have received the Transaction ID, the next step is to receive your account. Go onto the Automated Recovery Page. Remember to provide your account user name. Your account's character name(s). The email address that you signed with starting to make the account, even though it was changed. Also prove last time you remember successfully logging into your account.

Onto fake accounts, if you have signed in with a fake email, you won't been receiving your DF notification email. Therefore, not having the DF notification email, or the Transaction ID, will unfortunately decrease the chances of you recovering your account. Unless your ip address matches the one on file for the account creation.

Once you have sent the web form, with everything provided and the right information. You'll get your password back hopefully.

{C} My account has been hacked/stolen/lost! - For free players

If you’re a free player, not upgraded. Contact DragonFable. If you haven't upgraded your account then leave the Payment Transaction ID blank. Remember to fill in the correct information, and tell them in the information box what happened, and how did this happen if possible. Once you have successfully completed the web form, then it will take 2-3 days and DragonFable should hopefully reply back.
Remember if you have a fake email address, DragonFable won't reply nor get the account back.

{D} preventing your account to get hacked/stolen/lost

1) Trades / Scams

If you see anything telling you that, 'I'll give your DragonCoins!' or, 'I'll upgrade your account!' They just want your account, and with this the password would be needed. Your account will be hacked or even worse, deleted. Don't even trade, trading will require the password, and will most likely to get your account hacked. Prevent from buying into these at any costs! Never ever give out your password to anyone not even share. This also includes for the Artix Entertainment team, even though the Artix Entertainment will NEVER ask for your password.

2) Saving Function

If you save your password and user onto a computer which aren't yours or public computers, might result to get your account hacked. The only place to save passwords and users is your own private computer. When going off the public computers, remember to log off. If left the computer for a few seconds could even result you to losing your account. So, always log off when going away from public computers.

3) Password Preventing Technique

Making your password simple and easy will most likely get to lose your password. Therefore, keep your password is making your password a minimum of eight letters with both, letters and numbers. Also, don't make the password obvious, which people usually know about you, and wouldn't have a clue of.

Many thanks for taking a look at my guide! Hope this helps you all.
