Uh, can you explain what you mean by "pull" and "push"? Also, you need to paragraph your quotations, like so:

Billy was walking down the street. He bumped into Joe.

"Hello.", greeted Joe.

"Hi. How're you doing today?" replied Billy.

"Very fine, thanks." answered Joe.

Billy and Joe walked down the street, enjoying the nice weather.

Push and Pull are both actions and people.

A time Push can Push time; or, speed it. A time Pull can Pull time; or, slow it. All that is explained in context. There are mind Pushes and mind Pulls, force Pushes and force Pulls. I never infodump but the context is clear.

And I do paragraph my quotations. If there's one I've forgotten point it out and I'll fix it.
