I sent a couple of PMs to a friend a couple of days ago, but I don't think that they ever arrived. It never shows that anything was sent in my sentbox, and it's been a couple of days since he responded, which is unusual, because he's usually very prompt.

Any support would be appreciated.

For the sent box, you have to go to Profile at the top of the page, go down to the bottom, and check the Always save PM to sent folder option. Then click Apply and it should start after you send the next PM. The PM you sent may have been affected by the rare bug which sends it to a different user. The most you can do is send the PM again and check if it's the right username.

I sent two PMs to the same person. Unless the two PMs both fell victim to the bug. I'll just try again later, I guess.

The bug should not prevent the intended recipient from receiving the PM, it just makes an extra person receive it.

Are you getting the normal "PM sent successfully" message? If you are, try requesting a read receipt (click the read receipt checkbox at the bottom of the PM window) when you send it, if they get it and open it you'll be alerted.

Yeah, I do get the "PM sent successfully" message. I'll try requesting a read receipt.

This could be a bug, but if you would like yto know if they were rad follow the steps below:

1) Click on "Inbox"
2) Click on "Sentbox"
3) Find the PM you sent
4) Go over past the PM name, to the players name
5) Click on it
6) See if the box next to the name has a check, if it does, it means they have read it, if not, they haven't.

Probably a bug. although there is a
Limit. there is a Bar that looks white, with the words, "PM Stats" at the top, and it has the numbers 0% at the far left end,
50% in the middle, and 100% at the far right end.
if the gray gets to 100%, you cannot receive/send any PMs,
so what i do is i keep the most important Pms in a folder that i make with the friends user.

Bug, I found that easily. Happened to me. Just check you're "Inbox." Sometimes, they won't reply to you.
