I have a very simple but hard question: How do I delete my Forum File?

If you are refering to your forum account then the answer is you can not delete it. You can ask for a name change if you are unhappy with your current one ( PM Seahawk for the name change ).

Aww, I was hoping I could because even if I log out, when I post on suggestion for DF, it won't show on any page with All Topics on.
