Well I enjoyed being here back then while you were able to post that the Clan & Clubs pages, the update has been a while ago and sorry to say this but its terrible.

Many people were active there, and a lot of big clans raised, many people joined clans and the ultimate dream was that Clans & Clubs where to be implanted in-game.

Still I don't see the point of the idiotic action taken against the Clans & Clubs, If new people try to join clans they don't even know they are joining an active clan or not since there is only one post, forums linked might be dead.

If people don't posted or bumped their clan in the old days then it would have gotten their thread pages behind and eventually to be forgotten.
Instead of that you made a bad idea to rank all clans by name, so mainly the first page of clans got attention, while people putting so many effort into their clan don't get any attention because they are on page 6 (random number).

This is turning into a rant and I'm stopping it here. A lot of people left because Adventure Quest (not DF, AQW) because its a Single Online Playing Game and you barely had any contact, with the clans and club pages you actually had contact and met other people.

My point of this all, get the Clans & Clubs pages back as they used to be. Because a lot of people are quiting Adventure Quest because it lacks social contact for being an online game.

Let's mind our language. ~phoenixfire555

I think you're exaggerating this issue in two regards here. First in that being a single player game means people are quitting AQ, and second in that Clans/Clubs have a significant impact on AQ's playerbase. Only a very small percentage of AQ's players (less than 2% for sure) even use the forums, for the other 98% the clans/clubs forum might as well not exist. It's also worth noting that many people enjoy single player games or don't mind a game lacking social interactions.

The change to the clans/clubs section places the primary center of clan activity into its private forum instead of this forum with the clan thread on this forum serving as a page to tell people you exist. Not only does this remove a lot of the spam that clans used to generate, but with activity occurring in the private forum you're not necessarily required to follow these forum's rules (you could have a board on your private forum dedicated entirely to spam, for example, and nobody is going to stop you). Unfortunately, the chance of it going back to how it used to be is slim.
