Seahawk is probably busy, but he'll surely get to your name change. If you want to check whether the PM has been read, you can go to your Sent box and click on the name of the person you sent it to (in this case, Seahawk). It should mention whether the PM you sent was read or not.

have you changed your name before?
If so, you have to have a really good reason.
And, if you have not, you have to have a reason.

As the others have said, Seahawk is a busy person. He not only has to change names but he also accepts avatars, And does other Arch Knight related stuff. When he accepts it he will email you and it with your new username and a temporary password, I don't think you need a reason, for instance I got such a small change in my name from rsnail to RsNail.
