I really want to know how u put videos in ur post. Ive tried heaps of different things but watevr i do i cant seem to do it. Can someone help me?

Your two questions seem to be contradictory. :P There's no way that I know of that allows you to post videos. If you want to post a video for others to see, try linking to it instead. If you want to display an image, type: 

[image]IMAGE LINK HERE[/image]
or 
[img]IMAGE LINK HERE[/img]
