Many people loved the Zardian, and were sad to see it and smbdoll leave.
So a replacement? I could see some great ideas for replacements.
- Graphic Novel
- New Ezine of different name (if you have ever read 'The Onion', I like the idea of something like that)
- Mind benders, Filled with optical illusions, mind benders, (the 'Which NPC is this') mazes, crosswords, and question of the month/week
- Shout outs, featured artists/poets/authors
- Weekly editions of narratives. This way, those authors who specialize in writing novels could participate by having a chapter every edition.
- Cooking section: Could incorporate my previous forum suggestion of AE Kitchen
- Critic's corner-Movie, T.V. Show, and book ratings by AE critics.
- Lorian Atlas/Encyclopedia. Could clear up timeline issues, Sum up DN's of the week, show new items added in game.
I would expect, if this were to happen, that it would be run like the Zardian. With staff members as the writers, but lower staff also participating and occassional player input.
