I find myself unable to edit a post in the Entertainment Forum, because I get the following message in the most recent Flash version:

Hmm... I think it has to do with both what issues you pass, as well as how often you do so.
Every issue increases it by a set amount, and it checks for completed issues twice a day.
So, I guess it depends on the type of government you're aiming for?
Bah, just take: X is population, (X - 5) / 3.5 for an estimate of days played.
It won't accept this for an edit, correcting my previous formula.
