Ranloth -> Forum user (jacob5) (4/4/2010 16:21:42)

I tried to pm user called jacob5 -- unfortunatelly, there isn't PM icon so I can't do so.. I asked him (via some thread) to clear his inbox and he did so but I still can't PM him..
He said that he can't PM me either >_< He said that it could be my settings but can you people PM me? If yes, why he can't so..?
What could be the issue? And if nothing's gonna help, could he somehow get the message and try to mail me? My e-mail's trans21@hotmail.co.uk (also in my profile which is same as MSN).
I need to speak with him about Upgrade Cards in UK (Bedford) and he's the only one who could help me (lives in same town as I do, so..).

Edit:
Tried to send him PM by writing his name, this came out -- "Undeliverable PM: jacob5 cannot or chooses not to enable PM"
Is there any way he could see that thread and change it or is it my problem (he can't PM me so still a problem..)?

Edit2:
Digital X kindly tested if my PM button works, and it does.. Why can't he PM me then..?

I can PM you fine, it says "Succesfully sent PM to Trans21" it might be his settings conflicting with yours or something, not too sure on that one.

When a PM inbox gets full, you can't send or receive any more PMs.

Edit: He'll have to flip a switch on his profile that says receive PM's.

Enable Private Message System? - Unchecking this box means you will be unable to send or receive private messages ("PMs"). I would recommend leaving this checked unless you have some reason for disabling your PMs, such as an extended absence from the forums.

Since jacob5 doesn't accept PMs, he can't send PMs either.

Ok so it's kinda solved.
Could it be leaved until he sees it? He's the only one who can really help me and it's important for me..
