Hello there, esteemed ... uh,,, people, my brother who has a non-Guardian account cannot find any place that allows him to refill his potions, because the one in the War center only gives potions to Guardians, apparently. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks Much!

Superlink64: You can refill 4 HP/MP Potions for the first character, otherwise 3 HP/MP Potions every logout/login.

You can get the limited 50 HP/MP Potions. I'm not sure if the quest is also for Non-Guardian, just try it. :p
