I have forgotten my password and username, and I forgot what e-mail there was. Is there anyway for me to un-link my accounts from my old Master Account?

You can unlink games from your Master Account, however you need to be able to log into your M.A.S to begin with. To unlink, simply look at the "My Account" section, click on the name of the character/account name linked to one of the games. This will bring you to a new page where the option "Unlink Game Account" is found.
