I belive someone may be hacking my ACC and changing my pass wont help so who can i send a PM to to request an account safety lock?

Oh sorry, you didn't specify what account so i went under assumption. I can suggest PMing one of the forum Head Moderators and requesting an account lock.

I don't know if it WILL work, but it is an option that seems feasible. Here's the Staff and Assistant list which should help you find the right person to PM.
