Well, my e-mail was hacked and the master account that I used was in there. I don't remember the password because I didn't logged in the master account for much time. It's possible to unlink the accounts from that master account?

Well, if I had the password, this thread could help. But the problem is that I don't have the password of the account.

There isn't much that anybody on the forums can do to help with account issues.

I agree. And if the portal and the NCPs won't help at all, well, I guess you have to make a new e-mail and master account. And probably a new forums account.
