I need to contact someone from Artix Entertainment as I feel I was wrongfully banned from Offerpal Offers and they told me if I could get the admins permission they'd unban me so if anyone could tell me how to contact someone from there I'd appreciate it?

You can contact them using the help page of that game.

    There isn't a specific part of the Help Pages for it. I tried to find staff member available to help at such situation, but most turn their PMs off. Your best bet would be contacting a forum administrator and ask him/her to forward it to a AE member.
