SoulStice -> Login (4/18/2010 17:19:32)

Let's say you save your login as a cookie on Computer A. Later, you get on Computer B and you login with the same account that is saved on Computer A.. What will happen to your account on Computer A? Will it read it as 2 people logging in at the same account at the same time? It just happen a few minutes ago.

Master Champ -> RE: Login (4/18/2010 17:53:54)

I don't think so as i have two different computers and nothing really happens. I am pretty sure that if you are not viewing the forums it does not count you as "Online" even if you have saved your Username and Password as a cookie. Saving a cookie is more like the site automatically logs you in when you view it.

Apocalyptic Silence -> RE: Login (4/18/2010 17:55:29)

It depends on the game, for AQ you can have the same account open with a different character being played, for DF you can only use 1 character at a time.

Hence, the DF example would simply log both players out attempting to login, while two players can log to the same AQ account, provided they don't play the same character.

However, it should be noted that you should be the sole owner of the account.
