Postmaster General -> Fame & Fortune (4/21/2010 18:26:09)

Happiness cannot be bought by money
A saying they were never taught
This poem is meant to be funny
But see the problem of the haught

In the days after the economic crash that many have dubbed the Second Great Depression, three things were be certain: First, currency had lost all value. Second, the rich people we once idolized had converged into a city that I will refer to as 'Vanity,' because that is what it was full of. Third, they do not seem to be taking it well. You may call me Buchanan. I am a musician and poet who happened across this settlement and thought it would be both comical and enlightening to take note of what happened.

Before I share the happenings of this failed refugee camp, I must first explain each person in this Hooverville. Without knowing the past actions of these former idols, I fear you would fail to see the imminent end of this colony.
