I'll assume you mean the AQ Q&A section, as that forum has the only Help & Support sub-forum as I recall. The staff do post there when necessary. I'm not quite sure why you think they don't. Many of the answers are known to forum members who answer the questions first, and the rules of that forum tell members not to post if the question has already been answered. If a previously given answer is incorrect or leaves something out, then members can correct the post, which I myself have done on multiple occasions.
Really I'm just not quite sure what you're getting at. The staff doesn't ignore that forum by any means, it's simply redundant to post when members (by sheer numbers :P) have a tendency to get to the answer first.
