The boards that do not allow you do perform certain 'normal' actions all have reasons for this being the case. In the Legends and Lore board, for example, posts cannot be deleted; this stops the thread owner deleting a collaboration thread, which would mean some others would lose their work without necessarily agreeing to this. In the Q&A boards it makes sense to have answered threads persist, as then if another user comes along who is after the same information, they can see it immediately without having to post their own thread.
In such boards, in the unlikely case that a user wants their post deleted, then they can contact a member of the Forum Staff or their Assistants related to that board, and it is highly likely that they will do so for you.
