where can u post class sugestions for aqworlds?

Currently, AE is only accepting Art Suggestions for AQW. At one point, there was also a quest suggestion thread, but that has since been removed.

If Artix and the team feel they are ready to accept class suggestions, you will hear about it in the AQW DN's or AQW General Discussion here on the forums.

Don't feel disappointed about it. The staff have reasons for doing everything they do. Classes, especially with the addition of Player versus Player, need to be extremely balanced--a possible reason for not taking class suggestions.
