So im looking for a gif of a Chaos Eye (with the blinking) if possible transparent background as its going on a Website im making

I do not know one, but I would suggest downloading Flash CS4 for 30 days, along with Photoshop Elements 8 for 30 days. Free.
Steps:
Take the image into PSE8 (Photoshop Elements 8) and use the magic wand tool to make it transparent in the backround. Save it. Then, open Flash. You will here (I have not used it much so I do not know how) make the animation. Try posting on how to do this in the Gallery Q&A.

im not allowed to download big programs online, bloody parents.

any suggestions on where i could look for this gif?
