.swfs are the files which make up the game. Posting an SWF means posting a direct link to one of the game files.

They were found by hackers that use them to make the game easier. Them people that can't do anything on there own. They use it to level up there characters and get gold. It is strictly against the rules and will result in your account being banned if caught using them.

An swf file is a ShockWave Flash File. They are used for the loading the games that you love to play. By posting them it means that you have gained unauthorized access into said area and leaked it onto the forums.
