First, you need to pruchase Photoshop. It costs about $200-$800. After that, open two photo editing windows. Then, use the magic wand tool to select the part you wish to move, and right click and say "Cut Layer via Copy/Cut". Then, choose the layer it is now on and drag it into the other picture. From there, you can move it around all you like for a nice, clean image :)

Well you can do paint if the game allows it to connect it into one or microsoft office to connect it into one but i would say if you have it the paint one

If you don't have the funds to purchase the program, you can always sign up for the 30-day free trial.

To download the trial version, you can sign up here: http://www.adobe.com/products/

Just to chip in here - your best option is requesting it from an artist in the Sig Shops. They're experienced, and they already have the tools needed.

Otherwise, do try and get hold of Photoshop. A free (Open Source) alternative would be GIMP. If for whatever reason you can't download new software, Paint works in a pinch.

Use the Magic Wand tool if you just want something rough (Tutorial here), but for detailed/high-quality work (such as rendering/cutting) I'd suggest the Polygonal Lasso tool (Tutorial here) and zooming in to around 800 - 1200%.

After you've selected the part of the first image that you wish to keep, it's a simple matter of copy-pasting it where you want it on the second image. Hope that helps!
