Good day, I write this for a friend who has a few years ago registered to this forum but he had too little understanding of english to manage to log on.

He recently tried to log in but couldn't remember his password, when trying the password recovery he couldn't remember the email he registered with.

Though he can guess he still doesn't remember the password of that email which he hasn't used in years.

He'd truly appreciate assistance, thank you.

He can do a new forums acc, since it is some years old (the forums acc) i think it wouldn't be against the rules

Good Idea but he says that it won't let him, at least if it's the same way we first create it.

otherwise, how to do that? (step by step instructions are prefered, english being neither my nor his main language)

He needs to use a new name/E-mail and played one of AEs games for atleast some days

I'm terribly sorry but I don't quite understand, do you mean he has to use another account? or simply enter a new login and email as info,

if the second, can he use the same main/princial character?

Very sorry but I never assume something is what I guess it is especialy when there might be rules against it.

Members cannot make a new forum account with the same username or email. If your friend is okay with starting a new forum account, he can do so, but he will need to use a different member name. If he wishes to use his old account, he will have to prove ownership of the account via the Help Pages.

Okay.... I'm not quite sure what you meant, very sorry, but thanks for the help anyways. I guess I can post his questions for him if he doesn't manage.
