If you are seeing "Character Name" instead of your name - we know about this bug; the fix for it is being tested. It's related to the version of Flash Player and web browser you are using. If you are using Flash Player 10.1 or later, you will probably be seeing it; you may even see it on a slightly earlier version if you are using Chrome.
