What would be the benefit of adding more smileys? Most of the "custom" ones serve little practical purpose (aside from assisting spammers), as the standard ones convey emotions well enough.

There, is more than enough smileys;
In my perspective there is too many (in a good way)
Also try clicking on "More Smileys", there is ALOT.

There are 129 smileys currently.I dont see what we could have for a new one

There are plenty, so I don't see a reason for adding more, but if you want to find different ones just search online for "forum smilies." They'll have links that you can use to put the smilies in the post. Remember, though, that there's a limit of three smilies per post (and you'll want to be sure you don't use offensive or excessively annoying ones, too :P).

We actually originally did have more emoticons, and removed the ones which were not related to the game both to cut down on spam and to specialize the forums to be more AE-flavored.

We don't need anymore smiles think of the damage that will come from adding more x3
I personally think at nothing we should just lose the custom ones and go back to the old fashion just basic smiley system, spam hurts peoples feelings </3
