Hypercam is free, but it's watermarked unless you buy premium. For an epic screen video suite, get Camtasia Studio.
As for greenscreen, I'll do some research and see what I can come up with. Might be worth checking in The Gallery / Gallery Q&A. There could be some resources there, or you could request some.

I'd suggest downloading [http://www.hyperionics.com/hc/]HyperCam[/link] for recording, you can buy it or get the free version which has a little tag in the corner that says; Unregistered Hypercam. For editing I'd suggest getting Sony Vegas for editing as to Green Screening I'm pretty sure you can't do it in Vegas but I haven't used that in ages.

Camtasia studio is a trial version i have camstudio but i think ill stay with it. but i need a video editting/greenscreening software[:)]
